Yes. We’ll send a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. We ship from multiple warehouses , so you may receive more than one notification.
We do our best to make sure you are in love with your order, but we know things happen. if you are ever unhappy with your order please reach out to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are more than happy to work with you to replace or exchange your order.
If you are ever unsatisfied, we ask that you return your order in its original packaging within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of product. Once received and inspected by Wow Brand, we are happy to issue an exchange or refund (minus shipping costs) when applicable. We are unable to restock or issue refunds for bulk products at this time.
To create a claim, please email us at email@example.com and include:
- Order #
- Reason for return
- Image of product
If you suspect your order has been lost or misplaced, we suggest that you reach out to the shipping provider you selected in your checkout with your order tracking information first, before emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. They can usually resolve these type of issues.
